Betty Pierazzo Memorial Fund

This fund is established in the memory of our friend and colleague, Betty Pierazzo, to promote science in education, for which she had such passion.

The Betty Pierazzo Memorial Fund was established in memory of our friend, colleague, and Senior Scientist, Betty Pierazzo, to promote science in education. Because Betty had such a passion for science education, the Fund was created to build international collaborations and relationships in planetary science for graduate students.

The Pierazzo International Student Travel Award supports travel to a planetary science meeting for two graduate students. The award is comprised of a Certificate and a $2000US cash award to be applied to travel expenses related to a planetary science conference. For application information, click here.
