David Horvath

Dr. Horvath graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics in 2010. As an undergraduate he worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Southwest Research Institute primarily focused on ultraviolet spectroscopy of Mars and the Moon. He received his PhD in Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines in 2017 studying the hydrocarbon-based hydrological cycle of Titan and the late-stage hydrology of Gale crater, Mars. Before joining PSI, he was a postdoctoral research associate with the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory at the University of Arizona.
