Western Regional Noyce Network

Dr. Sanlyn Buxner will serve as the external evaluator for the Western Regional Noyce Network. Duties will include assessment of all program components including yearly conferences, summer professional development, regional networking, and year round professional development. Buxner will work with the Co-PIs and project staff to design post program surveys, she will administer all surveys, analyze data, and provide reports to inform the program and include in yearly reports for NSF. Additionally, Buxner will conduct interviews of select participants each year to inform the overall project. Buxner will meet regularly (at least monthly) with the leadership team. She will work closely with the project coordinator and other evaluators to coordinator data collection and analysis. She will provide a formal summative report each year for the project to include in yearly reporting and support development of academic manuscripts.
