Mars Images From NASA's Opportunity

Above, Pinnacle Island is shown in the lower left of the area where Opportunity's activity kicked up soil and rocks.

Below, the McClure-Beverlin Escarpment is the dark boulder capped ridge running across the top of this Pancam mosaic. The McClure-Beverlin Escarpment will be a future destination for Opportunity to investigate and is located 30 meters from the rover's present location.
