Venus-Earth Connection Discussed at Workshop

PSI’s Vicki Hansen served as a co-moderator for the Venus Public Event Night at the Venus Surface-Atmosphere Conference at the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston. 

The theme of the evening was “Planet Secrets Revealed: Is Venus the Once and Future Earth.” Hansen started the night off with an overview of Earth-Venus (and a tad of Mars and Mercury), and set the stage for why and how we do what planetary scientists do, and provided some background for the evening with regard to Venus in particular, and the terrestrial planets more generally.
