Where am I on the tour map?

Location: 5 kilometers outside the south crater rim
Scale: Height of the cliff is 10 meters

Suevite from the active Seelbronn quarry, as with other quarries we've visited, is used for making cement at the Märker cement plant in Harburg. As at Otting (stop 10) and Sternbach (stop 13), these suevite deposits are located outside of the crater rim, indicating ejecta travel distances of several kilometers.
