Planetary Science Institute Research Assistant Emily Joseph and Public Information Officer Alan Fischer were honored for their work in publicizing NASA’s Dawn mission to the dwarf planet Ceres.
Joseph and Fischer are members of the Dawn Communications and Outreach Team that received a 2016 NASA Honor Award “for outstanding execution of the Ceres public communications campaign, sharing the excitement of the Dawn mission with the world,” NASA said.
