A PSI Volcanoes of the Solar System workshop led by David Crown, Alice Baldridge and Thea Cañizo attracted 19 K-8 teachers from the Tucson area. This workshop is part of the Workshops In Science Education and Resources program that includes eight workshops on topics such as Astrobiology, Impact Craters and Terrestrial Planets. One goal of these workshops is to give teachers experience in the subjects so that they are confident and excited about teaching the topic to their students.
