Project Description

Dr. Gaskell will support the development of SPC shape models of Pluto and Charon using data from the New Horizons mission (Task 1 of the APL proposal). He will update the SPC software to ingest MVIC linescan data (SPC can already ingest LORRI data), provide guidance during weekly telecons with Dr. Daly, and work through some of the harder maplets. The level of effort requested is based on past experience working with Drs. Daly and Ernst to build SPC models of other bodies.
