Project Description

1. D. Domingue will provide analyses of the laboratory spectral reflectance data. She will analyze the data in terms of both spectral and photometric space-weathering metrics. She will provide these analyses each year of the project as the laboratory data become available.
2. D. Domingue will provide a map image cube with the following backplanes:
a) lunar weathering metric
b) asteroid weathering metric
c) Mercury maturity index
d) elemental abundance for Mg, Ca, Fe, S, and K
e) proton flux
3. D. Domingue will provide cluster and PCA analysis of the map image cube with interpretations based on the laboratory data analyses.
4. D. Domingue will present results at one conference per year and in 2 peer-reviewed publications.
5. D. Domingue will lead the archive of the laboratory spectral data in the supplementary material of the project publications. She will incorporate all map products into the PDS archive.
