Professional History

  • From January 2016 - November 2016, I worked as a Geophysicist for the United States Geological Survey (USGS) National Earthquake Information Center (NEIC) located in Golden, CO where I supported the mission critical seismic monitoring operations of the NEIC and Advanced National Seismic System (ANSS) through assessing tools and techiques to help the NEIC improve its domestic earthquake monitoring capabilities.
  • From Janurary 2015 - November 2015, I worked as a year-round graduate intern for the Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences Department at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM.
  • In September 2015, I completed my M.S. in Geophysics at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology with a thesis focusing on modeling the thermal structure of the Mexican subduction zone.
  • From September 2003 to April 2010, I had the privilege of serving as an infantryman in the United States Army.
