Mark received his JD in May 1998 from College of Law at the University of Arizona where he was President of the University of Arizona Cyberlawyers. Admitted to the Arizona Bar, October 1998.

Experience

Extern for Federal District Court Judge Alfredo Marquez, research and writing in areas of sex discrimination, ERISA, and patent law. Toxic torts research (beryllium exposure, setting environmental safety standards).

Since then, mostly pro bono.
