RETREAT TRAVEL SUPPORT PSI will provide partial travel support for our off-site scientists attending the retreat. For domestic travel, PSI will cover up to $300 in airfare or other travel costs (and up to $600 for our scientists currently in Hawaii and Europe). In addition, PSI will cover lodging at $88.50 per night for 2 nights, which may be applied to airfare costs if you stay with a friend in Tucson. Please give/send your airfare and hotel receipts to Kelly Yoder, and if you are not charging this to a grant, indicate "Travel Support" on the summary of charges. PSI staff in Tucson will try to arrange shared rides or have people picked up from the airport if possible. Taxis, shuttles, buses, and rental cars are available at Tucson International Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. See "Ground Transportation" for details. |
