The Retreat Banquet will be at Janos at the Westin La Paloma Resort (directions and map). For reservations, contact Elaine Owens at 520-622-6300 or psikey@psi.edu. PSI will cover the cost for each PSI staff member plus one guest and children. Additional guests are $50/person.

Regular Menu:

Appetizer:  Nachos with chili con questo, cheddar and salsa fresca

Salad:  Tohono O'ohdam golden watermelon, mango and tomato salad with basil, mint and orange citronette

Entree:  El Presidio pan-fried chicken with black beans, calabacitas con queso and cilantro tomato beurre blanc

Dessert:  Dark chocolate ganache and caramel tarte with Kahlua toffee mousse and espresso

Vegetarian Menu:  Appetizer, salad and dessert the same as above. For the vegetarian entree, Janos will use the best local produce available on the day of the banquet.
