Mueller and Samarasinha presented their recent results on the rotation state of comet 19P/Borrelly at the DPS in 2007 (Mueller and Samarasinha 2007). A paper is in preparation.
Mueller, Samarasinha, Farnham and A'Hearn successfully observed the Deep Impact target comet 9P/Tempel 1 in October 2007 but were clouded out in December 2007. The data combined with data from the observing campaign organized by Meech will be used to derive a precise rotation period to confirm the rotation change observed in 2006. The data will also be supplied to improve the precision of the rotation period in support of the NExT mission.
Mueller is a co-author on a paper published in Icarus reporting on narrow-band observations of comet Machholz (C/2004 Q2).
