When you hit the link to the AAS registration page below, you will have several options.
  • registration for the meeting itself (see rates in table below)
  • green donation (contribute $25 toward carbon neutrality)
  • Hartmann travel grant (contribute $25, $50 or $100 toward the Hartman student travel grant program)
  • option to purcahse the BAAS booklet. (If you choose to NOT purchase the booklet, the weekly and daily schedules and abstracts will be available online, and will probably be in an iPhone-friendly format.)
  • sign-up for the student pizza reception (available with student registrations only)
  • sign-up for the banquet ($80 Regular, $60 Students)
  • sign-up for the Narrated tour of Carson City and Lake Tahoe with boat cruise ($82)

  • Corrections/Additions

  • Cancellations
    • Requests for cancellations must be received in writing to reg-help@aas.org or fax 202-234-7850.
    • Please allow 4-6 weeks for all refunds to be processed.
    • Registration
      • 13 August 2012 - Registration refund less the $25.00 processing fee
      • 14 August - 13 Sept 2012 - Registration refund less the $50.00 processing fee
    • Banquet
      • 13 Sept 2010 - Last day for refund
    • No refunds will be given after 13 Sept 2010.
    • Registrants may sell their banquet tickets onsite to another registrant during the meeting.
