Advanced analysis of planetary surfaces utilising impact-crater statistics

The presentation will highlight new advances in dating planetary surface units based on crater statistics. Improvements to tools to measure, analyse, and interpret crater size-frequency distributions are introduced. A novel approach will be presented to date valley systems and lineaments such as scarps and fault systems. In addition, examples are given on how to use crater statistics in order to derive unit thickness and volume.
