Michael is part of the NASA Planetary Data System's Small Bodies Node and currently works on three projects. The first project is the On-Line Archiving Facility (OLAF) which is a website that aids astronomers in submitting their data to the Planetary Data System (PDS). The second project is the FITS Normalizer which is a tool that will allow astronomers to clean up their FITS images in preparation for archiving in the PDS. The third project is the Small Bodies Data Ferret, a successor to the old Steward Observatory Asteroid Relational Database (SOARD) that will allow users to make complicated queries of the PDS Asteroid and Comet Data Archives.
